The BUSThink project, coordinated by SOLIS Srls in Modena in collaboration with the Casa delle Donne, and funded by the Erasmus Plus program, is making significant strides in empowering immigrant women by supporting their entrepreneurial aspirations. This initiative not only addresses economic independence but also fosters community integration and personal growth.
In Modena, five remarkable women are participating in this transformative project. They are benefiting from a structured mentorship program that is divided into two distinct phases.
In the initial phase, the participants are guided through the development of their business ideas and plans. SOLIS SRLS is mentoring the participants both individually and in groups, ensuring continuous feedback and support through asynchronous exchanges.  This phase involves intensive training and support to help these women refine their business plans, ultimately preparing them for a final presentation at the project's closing event in November 2024, in Malaga, Spain, headquarters of CarpoACE, coordinator of the BUSThink project.
The mentorship activities are central to the BUSThink project, as they help develop and consolidate the entrepreneurial ideas of each participant. This tailored support is essential for empowering these women, allowing them to gain the confidence and skills needed to achieve economic independence and make meaningful contributions to their community.
